Doula Support in Wimbledon & My Local Area

I live in Wimbledon and regularly support families in the surrounding boroughs, including:

  • Merton
  • Kingston upon Thames
  • Wandsworth
  • Hammersmith & Fulham
  • Kensington & Chelsea
  • Sutton
  • Croydon
  • Richmond

I regularly support families in Wimbledon (SW19), Kingston, Wandsworth and across South West London who are looking for calm, evidence-based birth support. These are the areas I know best — not just in terms of geography, but also the maternity services. I’ve supported births at Kingston Hospital, St George’s, Chelsea and Westminster, St Helier, Epsom, St Thomas’, St Mary’s, Kings, UCLH and others across London.

Being based locally means I can reach you quickly when you need support, and I’m familiar with how different hospitals and home birth teams tend to work in practice.

Planning a home or hospital birth?

I support births in all settings — whether you’re planning a home birth, a birth centre birth, or a hospital birth.

Many of the families I work with are navigating different options or unsure what will feel right for them. My role is to help you understand your choices and feel confident in whatever path you take.

Central London & Surrey

I’m also happy to travel further across London and into Surrey, depending on availability.

If you’re based slightly outside these areas and feel we’d be a good fit, it’s always worth reaching out — we can talk through logistics as well as the support I can offer.

Why Location Matters When Choosing a Doula

Choosing a doula who knows your local hospitals, community midwives, and NHS Trust policies can make a real difference.

It means I can help you:

  • Navigate your options more confidently
  • Understand what’s commonly offered (and what isn’t)
  • Feel more prepared for how care is actually delivered in your area

This kind of local knowledge can be especially valuable if you’re hoping to take an active role in your decisions and feel fully informed throughout your birth experience.
